Brand New Items: Brand new items will be shipped in the condition that they arrive to us from the manufacturer. As collectors ourselves, we recognise that the condition of the packaging, as well as the model are important. We don't open brand new models, and the box will remain sealed.
Delivery Your item will be packaged and wrapped to protect both the model and outer packaging during transit. We use Evri to deliver items within the UK. Usually delivery times are 2-5 working days, and you'll receive the tracking information to your email address.
